The Castlegar and District Hospital Auxiliary society has made donations to other smaller groups in the community this October. These donations are for the general health of our community.
Press Release – Success in Fund Raising for Health Care in Castlegar & Area
The Auxiliary is pleased to inform the people of their success in fund raising for Health Care for the Castlegar Community and surrounding areas since the opening of the second floor of the Hospital Auxiliary Treasure Shop.
Over the past years the Auxiliary has donated over $550,000 to Health Care. More to come!
Hospital Auxiliary Donates $5,000 to the Urology Campaign
The Castlegar & District Hospital Auxiliary donated $5,000 to the Urology Campaign. Proceeds were generated from sales at their Treasure Shop.

We have been blessed with beautiful clothing for the whole family! Do come and check out the items. Featuring fall and winter jackets, sweaters and much more. Boots and shoes are out. Our new Auction is ready to bid on.

The Auxiliary volunteers are busy at the Treasure Shop as we turn over to winter clothing for the whole family. We will have our winter clothing in order on Monday, September 21.

The Treasure Shop is a happening place. We will be celebrating the T.S.’s 1 year opening of the second floor on Thursday, August 20th. Sale on summer clothing for all members of the family will be held on August 20th.

Hospital Auxiliary Society Donates $1000.00 to the Castlegar Hospice Society
Members of the Castlegar & District Hospital Auxiliary Society, Polly Chernoff and Nettie Stupnikoff were pleased to donate $1000.00 via cheque to the Castlegar & District Hospice Society.
