A New Portable Ultrasound Bladder Scanner for Residents at Castleview Care Centre and at Talarico Place
On December 22, 2016 Castlegar & District Hospital Auxiliary presented $6717.76 for a Portable Ultrasound Bladder Scanner. The portable scanner has arrived and will provide patient comfort and care to those residents who will require the service.

Castlegar & District Hospital Auxiliary participates with Light Up 2016 and raises the Thermometer! Members of the Auxiliary were on hand to help raise funds for Light Up 2016.

Informing our valued customers that we will be closed on December 8th. Our hard working volunteers are being treated to a luncheon. We will be closed from Thursday, December 22nd and reopen in the New Year on Tuesday, January 3rd, 2017. See you back in the New Year!

October has been a very busy month for the volunteers of the Treasure Shop. We have been putting out our Fall and Winter Clothing for all family members as well as Winter Boots and shoes for all family members.
